Still Alive

I just want to take a moment to make a quick post, and let everyone know that I am still alive. I haven't been swallowed by the sea, (or the lobster business, although I wasn't too sure a few times), or been eaten by the lobsters or frozen to death, yet! The winter fishing is really slow which allows me time to blow the dust off this blog and try to update it. Last year was a wash, with the economy almost killing the lobster industry, and being plagued with break downs on my boat, and lastly going through a divorce. Blogging was not high on my list of priorities. I have however missed it, and those of you that had visited. I hope I will be able to get back to it and keep things a little updated this year.

A BAD DAY HUNTING

One day, Jacque and Pierre went moose hunting in the north Maine woods. After a large breakfast and several hours of hunting, Pierre developed a problem. Miles from camp and the trusty outhouse, he told Jacque his dilemma.
Jacque calmly told Pierre, "Just go over there behind those bushes, and do your 'business".
"But Jacque, I have no paper to wipe with!", said Pierre.
Jacque told him, "no problem Pierre, just take a dollar from your pocket and use that."
After some time, Pierre returns, and Jacque exclaims, "Pierre, your hands are covered in sh@# , what happened man?!!!"
"Oh Jaque, I had only four quarters!"
